Is Britney Spears Engaged to Adnan Ghalib?

Britney Spears was spotted Tuesday wearing a large diamond ring on her finger, on her way to meet her paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib. Does this mean she’s engaged to him, even though he is still married? Reportedly, both were caught checking out some pregnancy tests in Rite Aid. If Britney is trying to get pregnant then, Ghalib has definitely hit the gold mine!
And Britney is surely on a roller coaster ride to hell!
