Victoria Beckham topped worst dressed list

No wonder, Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham topped the worst-dressed celebrity list. Fashion critic Richard Blackwell, who has compliled the poll every year since 1960, said Beckham stepped out in "one skinny-mini monstrosity after another".

Singer Amy Winehouse's trademark beehive and tattoos helped earn her second place in the list.
