Britney skips court

Britney Spears was supposed to attend a court-ordered deposition yesterday with K-Fed's legal team in the custody battle for her two sons (she probably can't even remember their names anyway.)

But she looked just fine when TMZ caught her driving around until 2 o'clock in the morning! After filling up her tank with $50 worth of gas at one gas station, she then hit up yet another gas station on Sunset -- and drove off without her assistant!

According to E! News she skipped the appointment yesterday because: “We got up and got ready to go. Her attorneys came to pick her up, but when she saw the media frenzy outside her house, her anxiety sky rocketed.”

Britney, who is surrounded by a media frenzy on a daily basis, had bravely managed to leave her house when she needed a fruppuccino from Starbucks, flashing her bum to all and sundry, was suddenly attacked by anxiety!!
