Lindsay Lohan dating Paris Hilton's ex?

The buzz is that Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton's ex Stavros Niarchos were spotted at an intimate restaurant in LA, last week.

Looks like Stavros enjoyed last weeks flavor and went back for more. While at a party at Crimson in Hollywood the other night Paris Hilton tried to hook up with Stavros, but only to be rejected. Sources say Stavros "wanted nothing to do with her and seemed so annoyed by her, he left the party" to go hang with Lohan. Paris apparently didn't know Stavros had left and wandered around "asking where Stavros had gone."

Is Lindsay Lohan, who topped the 50 Dumbest people list in Hollywood, dating Stavros?
