Nicole Richie has sparked rumours that she is engaged to boyfriend Joel Madden after being spotted wearing a large diamond on her ring finger. According to TMZ report, Nicole Richie and baby daddy Joel Madden may have finally set the date. She is also shopping for a wedding dress. She is apparently asking several stylists to help her in finding the perfect dress.
