They’re launching softly, without a lot of fanfare, but Film.com — now owned by Real Networks — is back online, and yours truly is one of their regular bloggers on all things movie, DVD, and TV. FlickFilosopher.com isn’t going anywhere, and in fact some of what I post on Film.com will also appear at my site… but some of it won’t. (And some stuff that previously appeared on FlickFilosopher.com, such as TiVo This!, will now appear exclusively at Film.com.) My stuff at Film.com will be more on the commentary end, rather than just straight-up reviews, so my work at both sites will, ideally, complement one another. I’ll be doing a regular weekend preview on Fridays, a box-office wrapup on Mondays, TiVo This! on Wednesdays, and a lot more — 2 postings every day. I’m far from the only blogger at Film.com — there’s a bunch of us. Check it out.
