Jake Awards Jennifer at the GLAAD Awards

On Saturday night, Jake Gyllenhaal presented his Good Girl co-star Jen Aniston with the Vanguard Award (and a big kiss) for her efforts in the gay community at the GLAAD Awards.  Grey's Anatomy, Little Miss Sunshine and Ugly Betty were also big winners and tons of stars came out to support them and show lots of love for the cause.
