Anna Nicole Smith To Be Buried Beside Daniel In The Bahamas

Judge Seidlin ruled that Richard Milstein, Dannielynn’s court appointed guardian will get custody of Anna Nicole’s remains.

The judge broke down in tears upon giving his verdict:

“I want her buried with her son in the Bahamas. I want them to be together”.Milstein later announced that she would be buried in Bahamas.The court room was awash with tears, with Judge Seidlin, Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur and Stern all broke down when the verdict was read. 

Before adjourning the court, the Judge addressed all parties: “(I) tried to get a reasonable result. I hope when you hear it you handle it with the respect and dignity that Anna Nicole Smith would want.”
