So part 1 of the crazy circus surrounding Anna Nicole’s smith death is over. Judge Seidlin ruled that Richard Milstein, Dannielynn’s court appointed guardian will get custody of Anna Nicole’s remains.

The eccentric judge broke down in tears upon giving his verdict:

“I want her buried with her son in the Bahamas. I want them to be together”.Milstein later announced that she would be buried in Bahamas.

The court room was awash with crocodile tears, with Judge Seidlin, Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur and Stern all broke down when the verdict was read.

Before adjourning the court, the Judge addressed all parties: “(I) tried to get a reasonable result. I hope when you hear it you handle it with the respect and dignity that Anna Nicole Smith would want.”

He also encouraged Stern do to the sensible thing, “Submit to DNA [testing]”. Enough baloney”

The New York Post report today that another person who doubts Howard K Stern’s version of his life with Anna Nicole Smith is her former assistant, Kimberly Walther (above left) who appeared with Anna on her E! reality show. Her online blog is basically a rant against Stern:“You never slept in the same bed with Anna! You crawled in there after she fell asleep. She never invited you to her bed! The burial plots were bought by you, you sicko. That is the only way you could think of to finally get to sleep next to her each night. After you are dead - because it wasn’t happening while she was living.”

Kimmie as she was known to Anna goes on to attack his court testimony and claims he altered or destroyed a revised version of the Playmate’s will:

“Howard . . . you lied on the stand . . . You said you do not gain [monetarily] by being executor of Anna Nicole’s will? What about that document you had her sign once you won the huge award from [the] Howard Marshall estate? Do you get 10 percent or 100 percent? . . . What a [bleeping] liar!”“You know she was obsessive about taking care of her child. What did you do with the updated will? Or did it not benefit you?”

“Do I ever want to see your snout again? No, I value my health too much and your track record is not good - people are [dying] around you.”
