Nicole Richie has been caought by the po-po! The Simple Life star was spotted driving the wrong way on the freeway by motorists who placed emergency calls to the police. Californian Highway Patrol Officer Tod Workman said: "She volunteered the information that she had smoked marijuana and taken Vicodin."
